Paint Strippers

Paint run

As part of our range Metavate offer industrial paint strippers for all types of metals and plastics. Like all of our chemicals, our paint strippers are different. They are non-toxic, non-hazardous, free of NMP and methylene chloride and are effective at low temperatures, making them a low cost option as well as providing a safer workplace environment. No need for lengthy treatments in hot baths of chemicals. Our chemicals can remove all paint at temperatures between 18-60oC, depending on the surface. Chemical can also be filtered to extend its  lifetime, however even without filtering, Metavate paint strippers are effective for several months. No need to constantly replenish, making our technology extremely cost-effective.

Metavate paint strippers are made from organic substances and work on all metal types and plastics. We tailor the chemical to your requirements so you have the most efficient and easy to use system in place.

Testimonials

It sounded too good to be true but long term trials have proved the process works.

It’s the only process we’ve found that allows us to store cast steel and iron products without the worry of going rusty before assembly / painted.

We’ve seen lots of benefits - resolved storage issues, reduced utility costs, reduced water usage, carbon footprint AND our production time.
